Left-over Easter eggs?

It has become a bit of a tradition in our household that when we are sick of Easter eggs and bunnies they get broken up and made into cookies. So after much nagging from my fiance, today I made his favourite "left-over Easter egg cookies".

 

And of course my boy loved helping! Just look at that cheeky smile!
